AND I COULDN'T FIND ANYWHERE ELSE ON THE MAP.

SO JUST KIND OF WONDERING, THE THING ISN'T, AFTER ALL OF REVIEWING EVERYTHING'S LIKE YOU MET THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS WAS WAS FOUR 14.

A MINIMUM OF ONE COVERED PARKING SPACE SHALL BE ASSIGNED TO EACH EFFICIENCY STUDIO OR ONE BEDROOM UNIT, AND A MINIMUM OF TWO PARKING SPACES, AT LEAST ONE OF WHICH SHALL BE COVERED, SHALL BE ASSIGNED TO EACH TWO OR MORE BEDROOM UNITS.

UH, THE ASSIGNED SPACES MUST BE MADE AVAILABLE FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE TENANT LEASING THE UNIT AND MAY NOT BE MADE AVAILABLE, UH, FOR USE BY OTHER TENANTS OR VISITORS.

A MINIMUM OF ONE COVERED PARKING SPACE SHALL BE ASSIGNED TO EACH EFFICIENCY STUDIO, ONE BEDROOM UNIT, AND A MINIMUM OF TWO PARKING SPACES, AT LEAST ONE OF WHICH SHALL BE COVERED, SHALL BE ASSIGNED TO EACH TWO OR MORE BEDROOM UNIT.

THE ASSIGNED SPACES MUST BE MADE AVAILABLE FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE TENANT AT LEASING THE UNIT AND MAY NOT BE MADE AVAILABLE FOR USE BY OTHER TENANTS OR VISITORS.
