STAFF, WE HAD A, FOR THE AUDIENCE, WE HAD A STUDY SESSION JUST PREVIOUSLY ENDED AND WE HAVE THREE ITEMS ON THE AGENDA AND WE HAVE A COUPLE ADDITIONAL STIPULATIONS.

SO IF I CAN GET STAFF TO READ THE STIPULATIONS FOR THE ITEMS THAT WE TALKED ABOUT, PLEASE.

OKAY, GOOD EVENING, MR. CHAIRMAN MEMBERS OF THE COMMISSION, UM, STIPULATION NUMBER NINE WAS ADDED TO THE ZONING STIPULATIONS FOR ITEM B, WHICH IS THE DOBSON PAKOS PROJECT.

THE STIPULATION SHALL READ LOT ONE AS DEFINED IN THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION SHALL BE AN AGE SPECIFIC COMMUNITY IN WHICH A HEAD OF HOUSEHOLD OR SPOUSE MUST BE 55 YEARS OR OLDER.

AND IN WHICH MINERS ARE PROHIBITED FROM LIVING ON THE PROPERTY, THE DEVELOPER SHALL RECORD A NON REVOCABLE DEED RESTRICTION CONSISTENT WITH THE AGE RESTRICTIONS CONTAINED TO THE STIPULATION AND THEN CONFORMANCE WITH THE FEDERAL HOUSING FOR OLDER PERSONS ACT AND OTHER APPLICABLE FEDERAL HOUSING STATUTES WITH THAT.

MR. CHAIRMAN, I'D ALSO LIKE TO ADD THAT DURING THE STUDY SESSION, THE COMMISSION TALKED ABOUT ADDING DATE PALMS TO THE PROJECT AND THE APPLICANT IS IN AGREEMENT WITH THAT.

SO STAFF WILL WORK WITH THE APPLICANT ON ADDING DATE PALMS. AND AT THIS POINT I'D LIKE TO ASK BEN, UM, SET A IS TO COME UP HERE AND READ THE OTHER STIPULATION FOR ITEM C GOOD EVENING COMMISSIONERS.

THE FOLLOWING STIPULATION WAS ADDED TO PURELY TO 20 DASH ZERO ZERO SEVEN ONE, WHICH WAS CHINA CONNECTION.

IT'S STIPULATION NUMBER SEVEN.

IT SHALL READ THE APPLICANT SHALL ADD ADDITIONAL DATE PALMS ADJACENT TO THE BUILDING AT KEY ARCHITECTURAL POINTS WITH DETAILS TO BE WORKED OUT WITH STAFF.
